LaDonyae Thomas is the Founder and President of All Things Her Inc., an organization committed to creating transformative spaces where women grow, lead, and thrive. With more than 20 years of business experience and over a decade of experience working within nonprofit organizations, LaDonyae brings a depth of knowledge and a heart for service that shapes everything she builds.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and has earned her MBA, equipping her to develop sustainable structures and initiatives that serve women and families with excellence.

All Things Her was born from a personal vision to create a safe and transformative space for women, a place where growth is intentional, vulnerability is honored, and purpose is cultivated. LaDonyae has long been someone others turn to for guidance, and she recognized the need to build a community where women could be supported, developed, and equipped to lead in their own right.

Throughout her years of service, LaDonyae has spearheaded numerous community initiatives including Community Prayer Parade, Prayer at the Park, free community outreach events, free heater drives, Senior Bingo gatherings, and hydration and hygiene pack distributions for individuals experiencing homelessness. She has also served with the Nacogdoches Coalition of Pantries, as a board member for Impact Lufkin and the Alzheimer's Alliance, and as a trustee on two church boards.

Her leadership is grounded in service, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to legacy. Through All Things Her, LaDonyae continues to build environments where women are strengthened, communities are supported, and generational impact is intentional.
