Who We Are
Our StoryAll Things Her began as a gathering of women coming together for prayer, encouragement, and connection. What started as a time of fellowship quickly revealed a deeper need. Women needed more than a meeting. They needed a safe space to heal, grow, access practical resources, receive mentorship, and be equipped for every area of life.
That need became the foundation for All Things Her Inc. In 2024, the vision was formally established as a nonprofit organization, creating a community designed to support the whole woman through education, resources, programs, and meaningful connection.
Today, All Things Her Inc. is a place where women are seen, supported, and empowered to break cycles, build stronger families, and create brighter futures for themselves, their children, and generations to come.

Meet Our Founder
LaDonyae Thomas, Founder
LaDonyae Thomas is the Founder of All Things Her Inc., an organization committed to creating transformative spaces where women grow, lead, and thrive. With more than 20 years of business experience and over a decade of experience working within nonprofit organizations, LaDonyae brings a depth of knowledge and a heart for service that shapes everything she builds.
She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, equipping her to develop sustainable structures and initiatives that serve women and families with excellence.
Throughout her years of service, LaDonyae has spearheaded numerous community initiatives including a Community Prayer Parade, Prayer at the Park, free community outreach events, free heater drives, Senior Bingo gatherings, and hydration and hygiene pack distributions for individuals experiencing homelessness. She has also served with the Nacogdoches Coalition of Pantries, as a board member for Impact Lufkin and the Alzheimer's Alliance, and as a trustee on two church boards.
Her leadership is grounded in service, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to legacy. Through All Things Her, LaDonyae continues to build environments where women are strengthened, communities are supported, and generational impact is intentional.
